The public is invited to participate with local Episcopal, Lutheran and Catholic parishes in a worship service commemorating the 500th anniversary of the Reformation on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Coronado Center, 150 Ponderosa Way, Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.

Bishop Larry Benfield of the Episcopal Diocese of Arkansas and Bishop Michael Girlinghouse of the Arkansas-Oklahoma Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America will preside at the liturgy, offer their reflections, and celebrate the Holy Eucharist. Father Bill Elser, pastor of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Hot Springs Village, will lead the Apostles’ Creed and the Litany for God’s People.

More than 50 musicians from seven area choirs will lead the congregational singing. Music will be drawn from the traditions of the participating denominations.
