What do you want this person to do?
The Property Manager reports directly to the Rectors (priests) and has general oversight of the management, upkeep, and safety of all property of Church of the Holy Trinity. The Property Manager will work 20-25 hours regularly each week, with occasional extra hours for emergencies or other events.
• Oversee the maintenance, cleaning, safety, upkeep and repairs for the Property.
o Property includes buildings and grounds of: the church, the parish house (offices and classrooms), and the off-campus, nearby Rectory (priests’ house).
• Oversight and Supervision of the Sexton.
o The Sexton is responsible for cleaning the facilities and setting up on Sunday morning.
• Liaison to and Coordinator with the Property Committee – the subcommittee of the Vestry (board of directors).
o Assist in the planning, scheduling, and completion of Vestry property projects.
• Work cooperatively with church staff and volunteers, building inspectors, service providers, contractors, and renters.
• Organize and administer service work, repair work, and safety protocols.
• Must be available outside of regular business hours for building emergencies.
• Experience with building systems and ability to perform minor repairs are a plus.
