Christ Church
Where is the job site located?
Greenwich, CT
What do you want this person to do?
Christ Church Greenwich (www.christchurchgreenwich.org), an historic, vibrant, and mission-minded Episcopal Church located in Connecticut, is seeking an interim, part-time Director of Youth Ministries (DYM), complete with a competitive salary and housing.

Working alongside an empowered group of adults who have been partnering with Ministry Architects to create a sustainable youth ministry, the DYM will train and equip a core group of volunteers, lead a newly formed youth group, assist with Confirmation prep, and collaborate with the Director of Music in his effort to engage over 50 youth choristers. The perfect candidate will be highly relational and have strong leadership skills.

Applicants should have previous experience working with youth, a proven track record of guiding and empowering a group of volunteers, and be excited about leading Christ Church Greenwich to help raise a generation of youth who have a strong foundation of faith in Jesus Christ.

Over the next year or so, the church will be transitioning to replace our retiring rector. Accordingly, we have defined the DYM as an interim, part-time position.

We believe our church needs to strongly support our youth, to clearly communicate our love for them, to help guide them through their questions of faith, and to be a steadfast community they can count on unconditionally. Christ Church Greenwich is ready to partner with a strong leader who can help us create a ministry that is filled with welcome, wonder, fun, and fellowship. Are you that person?
