Church Pension Group’s international account relationship model provides non-domestic Episcopal dioceses with informed, dedicated support in understanding and accessing the full range of benefits-related products, programs and services available to them. The International Senior Account Specialist must be proactive in assessing and managing the information and service needs of various regions, and must be collaborative in working with peers around CPG to respond to the benefits needs of non-domestic dioceses within the context of CPG’s mission. The incumbent will work closely with the VP of IBAMS to provide account management services in both English and Spanish. The incumbent will be required to learn and remain current on government-provided benefits programs in each country. He or she will also be required to remain current on the different pension structures we support in our non-domestic dioceses.

The ultimate goal of this role is to build and maintain strong, trusting and professional relationships with bishops and diocesan personnel in non-domestic dioceses so they come to experience and understand us as a supportive benefits partner within the context of our mission and fiduciary responsibility to support them. The success of this role will be measured in terms of client engagement with available products, programs and services. Success also will be measured with reference to client satisfaction scores and other feedback we collect from those we serve.

• Experience with insight-driven decision making
• Track-record of success in client outreach, client service and/or account management
• Ability to develop, execute and measure the implementation of a strategic plan
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Bi-lingual – English and Spanish fluency
• Cultural fluency
• Experience working outside of the US preferred
• Familiarity with the polity of the Episcopal Church and an understanding of the nuances of each non-domestic entity
• Ability to work at all levels of an organization
• A collegial and collaborative working style is required to facilitate key working relationships with all external and internal clients
• Excellent presentation skills in English and Spanish
• Strong written and verbal skills in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills
• Project management skills
• Experience with employee benefits or other financial products highly preferred

• A minimum of ten years of experience in account management, client service or client outreach required
• Understanding of group employee benefits preferred
• BA\BS or combination of equivalent experience and education required.

The incumbent will be required to travel up to 60% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
