This workshop, sponsored by the Campion Fund, is open to all persons interested in understanding the science of sex, gender and sexuality variations. Organized by Phyllis Leppert, MD, PhD it brings together experts from the biological sciences, humanities and ethics to present up-to-date scientific information. They will facilitate conversations drawing from the latest research on sex, gender and gender identity. Participants are encouraged to bring questions and to engage in small group discussions.

Speakers and discussion leaders include Kathryn McClelland, PhD, NIEHS Developmental and Reproduction Biology Laboratory, Sarah Berga, MD, Wake Forest University, Chair, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Michelle Wolff, Duke University, Religious Studies, Phillip Cato, PhD, Episcopal priest and consultant in ethics to NICHD, Bethesda. Two trans individuals will share their personal stories. The workshop starts at 9:30 am and ends at 3:30 pm Registration:campionfund.org and go to Events
