|Trinity Buckingham Church is seeking a motivated, energetic individual to serve as Facilities Coordinator, responsible for overseeing the use and rental of Trinity’s buildings and property. The Coordinator will fulfill two roles:
1) Proactively manage the rental of Trinity facilities to outside parties, including outreach and advertisement to the broader community, coordinating the appropriate paperwork, ensuring clear communication between all those using the Trinity facilities, working with Trinity’s Finance Ministry to ensure proper accounting;
2) Ensure smooth coordination of events between groups and organizations using Trinity Buckingham facilities, including calendar management and managing supply inventory.
This position is expected to require 10 hours per week, and offers a flexible schedule.
The successful candidate should have strong project management experience with basic accounting functions, and excellent communication and customer service skills. Direct experience with event planning is highly beneficial.
