The Global Episcopal Mission Network (GEMN) is the independent mission network in the Episcopal Church, dedicated to promoting global mission. Each year we select a timely theme to explore, and this year’s theme reflects God’s urgent call to the Church in a time of divisions and conflict: “Reconciliation: God’s Mission – and Ours”.

At beautiful Camp McDowell, we will explore in depth the theme of Reconciliation in our mission engagement, using tools such as Indaba and Asset-Based models for mission, featuring great speakers and workshops on a variety of reconciliation topics, including restorative justice, interfaith, racial and environmental reconciliation.

• Attend keynotes by The Rt. Rev. Mark MacDonald, National Indigenous Bishop of Canada; Ms. Heidi Kim, Missioner for Reconciliation; and The Rev. Canon Paul-Gordon Chandler of CARAVAN.
• Participate in hands-on mission workshops that will give you practical tools to bring back to your diocese, church or mission organization.
