The Executive Assistant supports the President and Dean. In addition to traditional clerical support, this person develops and maintains effective working relationships with CDSP staff, faculty, members of the Board of Trustees, significant donors, key partners at other Graduate Theological Union schools and other community members.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage general office duties such as answering phones, filing, copying, maintaining files, etc.
Manage travel arrangements for P&D.
Handle daily calendaring for P&D.
Process correspondence and communications on behalf of and for P&D office.
Coordinate reports/surveys and data collection such as IPEDS and ATS reports.
Maintain various school memberships and accounts such as UCB Faculty Club, ATS, phone conferencing service provider.
Assist in planning for Convocation and Commencement.
Provide administrative support to the CDSP Board of Trustees.
Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings, parties, and events related to President’s office, key volunteers and donor events.
Manage travel arrangements related to support areas listed above.
Request payment for invoices and credit card reimbursement related to support areas listed above.
Support budget creation, monitoring and review related to support areas listed above.
