The Bishop’s Institute for Ministry and Leadership in the Diocese of Florida invites you to attend a weekend conference led by the distinguished author, preacher and scholar Earl Palmer on:

‘The lasting gifts of Bonhoeffer: his faith, his courageous hope and costly grace for our time and our discipleship’

Dietrich Bonhoeffer (1906-1945) whose book The Cost of Discipleship is a modern classic was a German pastor and theologian and the key founding member of the Confessing Church of Germany and prominent in his resistance to the Nazi regime. He was imprisoned by the Gestapo and tried and executed by hanging on April 9, 1945. His Christian witness and work has much to teach us today in our Christian discipleship.
